Petals and Grains – Shells

This collection embodies my vision of botanical jewellery, exploring the boundaries between the raw beauty of nature, the vibrancy of enamels and the sobriety of silver. Through Petals and Grains, I delve into the essence of organic forms, inspired by carefully chosen elements such as the nut, the petal, the almond, the rock and the bone – timeless symbols of resilience and growth.

The “Coquilles” pendants, at the heart of this collection, reflect this search for unique textures and shapes. I designed small delicate cases to set and protect precious pieces, entirely hand-crafted. The copper, cut, transformed and enameled with care, becomes the support for an enameling technique called “Craquelage” or “crackeling”. This technique gives life to explosions of colors, offering a captivating depth and intensity. The patterns obtained, although partially random, are subtly influenced by the mastery of this art.

This collection is a tribute to the discreet complexity of nature, shaped to embody a perfect balance between strength and delicacy, vitality and refinement. Each creation of Pétales et Grains reveals subtle nuances and natural textures that evoke the poetry of imperfection and the delicacy of living matter.
